Carl D. Hulse, CLU, ChFC, MBA, is the owner and president of Plan4, Inc. He boasts four decades experience in the financial services industry and is committed to helping each of his clients succeed.
Prior to establishing Plan4 in 2003, Carl earned his MBA in International Business and launched his career as an advisor and manager with a few larger firms. In order to provide the best possible service, Carl obtained his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and became a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). His wide range of experience includes everything from college planning to estate planning and is especially passionate about helping clients achieve reliability of income in retirement. Carl is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, as well as the Financial Services Institute.
Carl lives in Surprise, Arizona with his wife, Carolyn. They raised three children — Colin, Christopher and Corinne. All are now married and growing the family. Outside of the office he enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with his friends and family. He is a devoted Christian and attends Desert Springs Community Church.
